Balıkesir’de Kılıçdaroğlu’na yüzde 99.75’lik bir oranla rekor oy veren Bigadiç’e bağlı Elyapan köyünün yapılmayan yollarını yerinde inceleyen CHP Balıkesir Milletvekili Ensar Aytekin “Bigadiç ilçemize bağlı Elyapan köyü Alevi köyü. Ve Türkiye’de rekor oyla 398 oyun 397’sini Genel Başkanımız Kılıçdaroğlu’na vermiş bir köy. Muhtarımız, Bigadiç Belediye başkanına sorunu aktardığında ise kendisinin aldığı cevap ‘Kime oy verdiyseniz yolunuzu çağırın o yapsın’ olmuş. Anlaşılan o ki Türkiye Yüzyılı makyajı erken gitmiş” ifadelerini kullandı.

CHP Balıkesir Milletvekili ve TBMM İdare Amiri Ensar Aytekin, yaptığı açıklama ile Balıkesir’de yaşanan skandalı gündeme getirdi.

Bigadiç’e bağlı Elyapan köyünün yapılmayan yollarını yerinde inceleyen Aytekin “Bigadiç ilçemize bağlı Elyapan köyü Alevi köyü. Ve Türkiye’de rekor oyla 398 oyun 397’sini Genel Başkanımız Kılıçdaroğlu’na vermiş bir köy. Ancak bu köyün yıllardır çözülemeyen sorunları var. CHP’li Aytekin’in açıklaması şöyle:

Seçim dönemi geride kaldı. Her türlü tartışma her türlü ortamda yapılıyor. Ancak ihmal edilmemesi gereken bir temel nokta var ki o da vatandaşın hizmet alım noktasında devletin tarafsız bir şekilde davranması.

KÖYÜ SUSUZ BIRAKIP KERBELA’YA ÇEVİRDİLER: Geride bıraktığımız seçimlerde Cumhurbaşkanı adayımız Kılıçdaroğlu’na 398 seçmenin 397’sinin destek verdiği Bigadiç İlçemize bağlı Elyapan köyümüzde ciddi sorunlar var. En basitinden köyün suyu yok. Köye su veren şebeke kapalı. İnsanlar banyo dahi yapamıyor. Günlük ihtiyaçlarını göremiyor. Yıllardır su sorunu çözülmüyor. Çözülmek istenmiyor. Köyü yaz gününde Kerbela’ya çevirmişler. Alevi köyü diye devletin götüreceği yardım, bizatihi belediye eliyle engelleniyor. Bunun izahı olamaz.

KİME OY VERDİYSEN YOLUNU O YAPSIN: Benzer şekilde, köyün içinde bitmek bilmez bir yol sorunu var. Yıllardır döşenmeyen taşlar, bitirilmeyen yollar Elyapan köylüsünü ciddi şekilde mağdur etmiş. Seçim günü köyün yolunun üzerindeki tepede bekleyen iş makinası, seçim sonucu belli olunca başka köye hareket etmiş. Köy muhtarı, Bigadiç Belediyesi’ne gidip sorunu neden çözmediklerini sorduğunda ise aldığı cevap gerçekten dehşete düşürüyor. Belediye başkanı İsmail Avcu muhtara, ‘Evet yolunuz yok gidin kime oy verdiyseniz gelsin yolunuzu o yapsın. Size yol mol yok‘ diyor. Şimdi bu neyin cezasıdır? Vatandaş size oy vermemiş. Gönlüne girememişsiniz. Oyunu alamadınız diye köyü susuz, yolsuz bırakmak üstelik bunu Alevi köyüdür diye yapmak insanlık mıdır?

O köyde öğretmenin aracı, yapamadığınız yola saplandı. Devletin köye çocukları okutmak için gönderdiği öğretmen, belediyenin yapamadığı yol sebebiyle mahsur kaldı. İnsanlara hizmeti götürürken adil ve tarafsız olmak zorundasınız. Devlet, bütün inançlara kör bir şekilde hizmet etmek zorundadır. Alevi diye, oy vermedi diye cezalandırmaya kalktığınız kitle tarihin her döneminde her türlü zorluğa karşı doğru bildiğini söylemekten ve yapmaktan çekinmeyen bir kitle. Bu ayrımcılığı Meclis gündemine de taşıyacağız. Bu işin peşini bırakmayacağız.”

BİR SKANDAL DA HAVRAN’DA

Bigadiç’te yaşanan sorunun Havran’a bağlı Fazlıca Mahallesi’inde de gördüklerini belirten Aytekin, durumu şu sözlerle anlattı:

“Hayvancılıkla uğraşan vatandaşlar, köprü yapılmasını istiyorlar. Dere yatağının kışın artan yağışla birlikte taştığını ve hayvanlarını kaybetme riski taşıdığını ifade ediyorlar. Onlar da belediyeye ve kaymakamlığa ulaşıyorlar. Ama Havran Belediyesi de aynı Bigadiç’te olduğu gibi gidin kime oy verdiyseniz gelsin köprünüzü o yapsın diyor. Anlaşılan o ki Türkiye yüzyılı makyajı yüzlerinden çabuk akmış. Kendilerine oy vermeyen herkesi cezalandırmayı kendilerine görev edinmişler. Bu yollar yapılacak, bu sorunlar çözülecek. Bunun başka bir yolu yok. Oy verene hizmet götürelim oy vermeyeni cezalandıralım fikri çağdışı bir kafanın ürünüdür. Balıkesir Büyükşehir Belediyesi, küresel bir kahve zinciriyle rekabet edeceğine, biraz asli görevlerine dönüp yolları yapılmayan köylere odaklanırsa memlekete daha yararlı bir iş yapmış olur.”
